About me
Morgan Dillon is the Vice President of F&B for the Village Dallas, one of the premier multi-family living properties in the country. She is responsible for all of the food and beverage operations, including creation of new venues and future development. Originally from New York City, Dillon has been integrated into the Dallas community in the last four years, originally relocating to open the Thompson Hotel downtown. After stumbling into a restaurant job at age 15, she's never left the industry and has no plans to do anything else. After graduating from Johnson & Wales with a Bachelor of Science in F&B Management, she spent 6 years with Hillstone Restaurant Group, as a General Manager. After Hillstone, she worked for Danny Meyer in New York, and opened his restaurants in Washington DC. After being offered a unique opportunity to open the Thompson Hotel in Dallas, she chose to relocate to Texas, and since has worked for 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, opening venues in Aspen, LA, Chicago, DJ, and Singapore. When she's not working, she's at home with the her Corgi and Pomeranian, going to shows, or simply relaxing with the family.
