Kenneth has accumulated more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, stemming from his passion for cooking as a child. He has operated a successful hospitality and management consulting company, Hospitality Resource Group, for the past 15 years. Kenneth's expertise has been tapped to conceive, develop, build, and scale numerous award-winning concepts and platforms.
A native New Yorker, he humbly began his restaurant career in the cafeteria at Fordham University before reaching the pinnacle of his career as a multi-million-dollar operational executive. After establishing himself as a Professional Chef in a number of restaurants in the New York, San Diego and Washington DC areas, he found himself in the Annapolis, MD market and opened his own tropical themed restaurant. After developing this concept for more than 10 years he could not forsake his love of the ocean, so he sold his business and moved with his family to Naples, FL. Kenneth continued to utilize his leadership and operational abilities applying them to three multi-million-dollar, multi-unit organizations while continuing a successful management consulting business.
