About me
Dave Sincebaugh is a seasoned restaurant executive with over 35 years of experience. From his first job as a busboy to his ten-year tenure at Darden Restaurants, where he was part of the explosive growth of the Olive Garden concept from less than 100 units to over 400, he has experienced every aspect of restaurant operations.
Since 2000 he has worked with growing high-volume concepts, most notably at Redstone American Grill and Kaskaid Hospitality. He has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Kaskaid Hospitality since 2009 overseeing the growth from a single restaurant to 20 business units. He leads the operations, marketing & training teams as well as managing food & beverage menu development for all concepts.
Kaskaid Hospitality is a family owned multi concept hospitality company that owns and operates 17 full-service restaurants, a fast casual restaurant, a catering company & an event center.
